PURPOSE: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of LASIK in thick corneas ≥ 600µm. METHODS: 96 eyes were followed after LASIK for postoperative UCVA, CDVA and SE. RESULTS: 42 myopic eyes and 54 hyperopic eyes were included. The postoperative SE at 6 month follow-up was -0.45 ±0.6 in myopes and +0.7 ±1.01 in hyperopes.
